Our district encompasses Barrett Community Center, Notre Dame de Namur University, Twin Pines, and other beloved parts of Belmont.

I have lived in Belmont for 25 years and raised my daughters here. During that time, I have always been invested in my community, volunteering locally and later running for and serving two terms on the Belmont Redwood Shores Elementary School District Board of Trustees. I previously served on the Belmont City Council as an interim appointee, becoming the first Filipino-American woman to serve on the council. Most recently, I served as Vice-President on the Mid-Peninsula Water District Board of Directors.
To my knowledge, I am the only person in the history of Belmont to serve our communities on all three of those bodies.
Then, in 2024, I was elected to a full term on the Belmont City Council, on a platform of improving our roads, our safety, and our quality of life. Since taking office, I’ve been hard at work to fulfill my promises and listen to our entire community.

In my professional career, I serve as a Customer Marketing Consultant, leading teams across various successful companies and projects. I have a degree in Speech and Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, where I was an active member of the SFSU Collegiate Debate Team.
Speaking more broadly as a daughter of Filipino immigrants, I always think about how my parents lived the American Dream. We were not rich, but we never went without. My parents worked hard and put all three of their children through school. They were able to retire early and live a dignified life. I want every family to access that American Dream too, and that is what motivates my public service.
